The festival is sponsored by the City of Rockwall and the Old Town Shoppes on the Square.
Why are you doing this?
We celebrate Rockwall's birthday every year with a big party!
Wait a second! Rockwall's birthday is in April. Why May 31st?
The festival has moved to May due to the unpredictable Texas weather in April. Surely you remember freezing during last year's Festival!
