The festival is sponsored by the City of Rockwall and it's produced by the Rockwall Parks and Recreation Department..
Why are you doing this?
We celebrate Rockwall's birthday every year with a big party!
Wait a second! Rockwall's birthday is in April. Why May 30th?
The festival moved to May due to the unpredictable Texas weather in April.
