The Idol and the Festival
OK. We know you're asking yourself, "What does American Idol have to do with Rockwall's Founder's Day Festival?"
First of all, it gives us a chance to congratulate Jason Castro for his incredible run on the show. Join us in welcoming him home this week (more details at Rockwall loves Jason).
And secondly, it proves how enduring the music of The Marshall Tucker Band has become. Their song, "Can't You See," is a southern rock anthem. Check out the YouTube video below of American Idol alumnus Bo Bice covering the song.
